Ok look but for sasuke, naruto knows hes going to go to orochimaru to gain power while orochimaru is gonna try to take over his body. Sasuke at that point had 0 chance of winning against orochimaru. And no guarentee that sasuke is going to win AFTER he gained power But this is clearly different. He confessed to her and right AFTER he confessed to her it looked like she goes to another man.
