Naruto didn't even know Kurama _had_ a name. No one ever told him the tailed beasts had names, everyone always acted like they were more forces of nature than individuals. Heck, even B, the poster child of a Jinchuriki getting along with his tailed beast, has never called the eight-tails Gyuki. And don't act like Naruto was alone in not knowing Kurama's name. None of his Jinchuriki, nor Hashirama, knew he had one either. Madara doesn't count because he would have ignored and refused to use Kurama's name even if he knew it, just to put himself that much further above what he saw as a living weapon.
