Boruto and Sasuke have the mentor-student fighting together fiasco that Naruto-Jirairya lacked. Jirairya provided emotional and familial support to Naruto while Sasuke's way of bonding is through teamwork, which is very sasuke. I love how both relationships are different but results to the same outcome

Well the only purpose of that, I think, is to not reduce the morale of the shinobi who always admired the Hokage and the Uchiha at the same time it would also put a shame to their overall strength and influence they have. It's like you are an adviser of the leader of a nation who failed to meet an agreement between the other leaders or something due to some reason you cannot publicly say, so in order to protect the influence and power of that failed leader, you can either throw any propaganda or other convincing reasons to the public or say nothing at all and keep it mysterious, anything to keep the morale of the public in good health.

@Shadow M Yes. Do you not remember the Shin Uchiha arc? He absolutely loves his family but when it comes to being a shinobi, all emotions go out the window. That's just the kind of person he is. Naruto however has always been the type to do all the work himself so that others don't get hurt unless co-operation is absolutely necessary to achieve a goal. The only time Naruto trusted Boruto was vs Momoshiki, and even then he questioned why Boruto came with the 5 Kage initially.

I believe that the shrinking jutsu used by ishiki kinda has the same principles as sealing things inside a scrolls(the requirements for the item to have to work). To seal an item in a scroll requires the item to have no chakra ; basically things that can't live or have no chakra ,and if we observe the shrinking jutsu used by ishiki , it can't shrink living things which every living things have chakra . So if u used a biju dama on ishiki , he can't shrink it so he has to absorb it.
