Casio makes a lot of well made great looking watches that everyone can afford. My beater is an mdv-106 that has been in the ocean and through the mountians and it still looks and works great.

I bought this for my partner for valentine's day! I believe this particular band mentioned in the video is made of brass construction, the rose gold alternative I sought out was made from stainless steel, nothing wrong with either but it was just a preference thing! I think the rose gold accentuates the "Tiffany" blue better than a standard polish, love the content and thank you for the well produced video!

@@neelaymt yes it is the jubilee style. Actually you can use the Casio endlinks if you find a bracelet that fits in that middle part of the endlink correctly. I used a Seiko 5 bracelet, which was originally a 19mm jubilee style. There is a little play and it does not fit 100% in between the mid part of the Casio endlink. But it works for me.

I have both the black dial new Tiffany color in this watch. Don't sell the black dial short. It is actually dark gray with sunburst. The online pictures don't do it justice. In person, it looks great. I got the Tiffany color about 2 months ago when they released it. I paired it with a silver mesh bracelet. From 2 feet away it looks like $10,000 watch. Gotta love Casio!

The font used for "WR50" is close to ITC Bookman, sort of in the same class as Times and indeed not very fitting on this dial. They should have stuck to Eurostile, which is used elsewhere on the watch.

Nice review and pretty good for $50!! Embarrassingly for Tissot (in my opinion) is that the particular watch you are showcasing here has a seconds hand that hits more markers than the Tissot PRX I bought and subsequently sold. My OCD could not handle how bad it was. I could wear this Casio but would definitely change the bracelet due to my excessively hairy arm syndrome!😁
