This was so satisfying to watch! Quick hack for your green onions (especially if you always want to have them and never buy again), store them in a jar with water in it- deep enough to cover the white part. Leave on the counter where it gets some light. It will keep regenerating itself! All you have to do is change out the water every few days and that’s it! One green onion bunch usually lasts me months with this method. I store my bread/sourdough in the freezer and it thaws out perfectly in the toaster! Can last for months and tastes just as fresh! Ugh, so many kitchen hacks 🤣

Quick hack: put a papertowel inside the container with unrinsed carrots. It will absorb ekstra moisture and keep them crisoy for longer.

I am sharing with my daughter and family (3 adults, 3 kids 12-18) and have a couple of areas - a clear fridge container, and usually space in one of the veggie drawers. When I've shared with housemates, we usually each had a personal shelf, plus areas for household. We are looking forward to my Granny Flat being finished - (and my daughter, to getting my sodastream, filter pitcher and sprouting jar off the counter! 😆 )

if its not too much of a hastle, you can try taking the shelves and drawers out the fridge and actually washing them with dish soap and a sponge then let them sit outside and put them back in to th fridge once they're dry its so satisfying and more hygenic than using a cloth

Hey! here is a hack for freezer cleaning: grab a large and thicc blanket and put al your freeze goodies together in the blanket and roll them until well-folded (?) (srry english is not my first language) that way you will have more time for your freezer cleaning/origanizing because the stuff will stay frozen for longer time. Ps: I love your videos, they're so satisfiying and genuine

I keep my fruits in crisper drawers without prewashing and put all of them in their own plastic bags with a tissue towel in each of them. They last longer. Recently I experienced that keeping lemon and cucumber in one bag without washing prevents cucumbers from rotting and lemons from drying.

@alicia-hd2cs3 жыл бұрын
I don’t know where exactly she lives, but if there are no recyclers for this waste, theres no need to recycle it. In my country, plastic is just thrown away as theres no recycling facility for it, so i don’t recycle it :p.

Oddly, I just cleaned my fridge and here it is on KZbin. Daija vu on the condiment pile even, wow. KZbin listens too, sheesh. A suggestion from cleaning the shelving on the floor if you do not have a deep sink, is to clean and sanitize your tub first and then wash the fridge shelving and drawers in your tub.
@emilielovesbooks16132 жыл бұрын
Do you only have one tashbin? So all the food, plastic etc. goes together? It’s weird for me (Norwegain) because we have 2-4 bins. One for food, one for plastic, one for paper, and one for metallic stuff. We also have a trasbag for glass bottles. I’m not trying to be mean. It’s just a question and maybe a tip?

Hey! Loved watching you clean out the fridge, definitely inspired me to do that this weekend :D On the cat food - I am also adoptined 2 ktities soon - I was wondering do you warm up the cat food that you've left in the fridge before feeding uni? or is she okay with cold food?
@softqueensaru2 жыл бұрын
I let it come back up to room temp before giving it to mine. I don't think you technically need to (though this may depend on the food) but cats are super picky and you may find they won't eat it if it's ice cold, it may also upset their stomachs if they DO eat it that cold.
@0RacoonDog0 Жыл бұрын
Dont give them cold food, make sure it's back to room temperature or luke warm, they can get tummy aches if it's too cold

You never know what's going on in someone's life. She posted once a week but took a break and this is the first video since the break. But you have to realize that she makes these videos for herself and her creativity, not for the viewers. This is a place where she can express herself thru her videos and sometimes you need a break or have trouble with creativity. All I'm saying is don't tell people you wish they posted more often even if it's meant as a compliment. maybe try saying something like "I missed you and your videos so much!" Or "it was sad to not have your videos this past month but I'm so happy you are back again!" just try too be a little bit more considerate of what you comment because youtubers are people too and have feelings. Have a great day!
