Satisfying!!! Handmade Heart Bar Therapeutic Horse Shoeing for an injured race horse

Here’s an interesting case! A young race horse lost a lot of hoof wall causing some corium to be exposed. We made a handmade shoe designed for custom nailing, a heart bar frog plate and a toe clip!

Good job. I had a horse that clipped his front heel, ripped it right off with his shoe. A few months later he was back in gentle work, with bell boots this time.

No follow up we worked on him at the vet clinic and never seen him again. That happens a lot with horses that live a long ways away. The horse did a lot better after shoeing. Most of the time on cases like these they just need to grow out and they go right back to normal.

Não fala sério ta na hora de os profissionais que colocam ferraduras mudar esse conceito e colocar ferraduras de ferro,. Pois qualquer casco com o atrito e o impacto da ferradura no chão deve fazer muito mal aos cascos, ta no hora de mudar isso, é só fazer uma experiência e usarmos um sapato de ferro e correr com ele o quanto machuca e impacta nos ossos quando atinge o solo, sem amortecimento algum, e ja existe sim ferraduras de borracha, na verdade é um molde colado.

IF you know how to build a horseshoe from scratch, then why didn't you just craft a heart bar shoe from scratch ? Why weld it on ? That is a very amateurish move.
