Just tell the people around you the causation: I know that many people will be angry with me - but the only reason for acne are dairy products. They boost the IGF-1 protein. In fact the milk is a pus. It is a hormone liquid. You don't need cow's milk as you don't need Giraffe's milk. All pimples , lipoma, fibroma, cists are caused by the dairy product. I lot of health organizations wrote a lot of IGF-1 hormone boost. Just find it an read it. The other major thing that you receive from milk is dioxin. Other problem is that all your blood vessels are coverd with brutish oil and it prevents normal flow of carbohydrates - the flow between the blood and your cells. You don't need of a doctor DON'T EAT ANY KIND OF MILK PRODUCTS. MILK IS HORMONE PUS. ALL HORMONE BALLANCE GOES WILD. ALL CANCER DESEASES ARE DUE TO BOOST OF IGF-1 PROTEIN. Personally I have a fully recoverd person from Hashimoto's disease. YOU MUST JUST SWITCH TO PLANT BASED DIET. NO ANY KIND OF MEAT, NO ANY KIND OF MILK. JUST TRY AND YOUR HEALTH WILL COME BACK. READ ABOUT SIDS - why infants are forbidden to drink cow's milk . And I will tell you why you so much love milk. Casomorphin is an opioid peptide (protein fragment) derived from the digestion of the milk protein casein. It is acting as a narcotic.

When she keeps squeezing it and it looks to you like it’s nothing but blood, really take a look at it, because most of the time, there’s still some sebum/pus that needs to come out. Not all pores need to be "opened" by stabbing and causing trauma to skin. That just opens the skin up for bacteria to enter and infection to begin.
