Translation: Client is sort of forced / dragged to come to the spa by a very close friend ( the guy who talks in the background) . This friend even paid in advance and book appointment to make the client come😅. Client is too shy to come to the spa ( supposed to be a girly thing to him) According to his friend, client works in a factory, constantly faces a dusty environment and oil from machines. The friend asked Thuy to give the client advice on how to take care of this skin.

@@tmariet91260 I did, but then it was explained to me by Thuy about a year ago how it happens. #1 reason is hereditary, oily skin and deep open pores. #2 environment, Vietnam is very hot and humid pretty much all year long. So it’s nothing to do with hygiene like most viewers think.

One of my favourite parts of watching Thuy's videos isn't just how great a technician she is, but also I enjoy hearing her speak and the back and forth chit-chat between her and her client and/or the other technicians. I don't like it when some of these places/videos play music over the videos. I'd much rather hear the natural sounds of the environment. Has she ever given us, the audience, any type of tour of her spa and some of the other services they offer there, or what they do after Thuy is finished with them? I'd like to see that!
