This may sound like a dumb question, but I see that several of you are acknowledging Hien's good work, but I don't know how you know it's Hien and not Thuy?

Couple reasons. Hien puts an “H” on the sticker on her glove and also wears a spa shirt, unlike Thuy.

The condition is acne. It can be hereditary. Foreheads can be prone to being oily which causes more blocked pores.
