Dressings! I've been looking after new ones. Taco salad looks like something that would be good food in a train. We will be sitting in a train almost nine hours next saturday... Trains do have restaurants but I prefer to pack something.

Delicious looking! I don't eat enough salad in the colder months because it just doesn't warm the belly, but it's been unseasonably warm lately--Punxsutawney Phil threw the humans a fastball this year!--so these salads are really appealing meals to me. Thanks for posting 🙂
