Loved the reversal at the end - played some weird tricks on my brain seeing a pot made to clay!

I love watching your ideas, I try to make them they are very nice. It gets me going so I can throw things. Great job, thanks for your tips. I am not a production potter, just make things for family and friends.

I like this method much better than cutting the mug and adding the side flap. I just need to master the technique to send the spiral up. lol Thx Jon, loved the video! I want to make those for my family in northwest Indiana

Love this video! I was waiting for a new one lol. I'm in online school but love pottery so much that I got my own wheel, clay, tools, etc. I love your work and I've gotten so much of my inspiration from you.

Okay, first off, you've turned me on to Cody Francis -- you should have listed his music in your description area. Not to worry, I googled and found him. Very reminiscent of Simon and Garfunkel, of whom I was/am a great fan. (Yes, I'm that old.) Secondly, I love watching the pot-making process (whether in forward or reverse). It's rather magical to me. Throwing pots has long been on my bucket list, but is now just a distant dream at this point. So I love watching your work, and live vicariously through you. Thanks for sharing. I love these handwarmer mugs!

Hi John, really love your videos an all the cool creations you pop out! I'm a very new potter and just starting to throw on the wheel. I was hoping to ask you some questions about drying conditions and firing temperatures, I would love to chat at some point if you had the time of course. Keep doing what youre doing brother! Love it!
