Looks like Ali is doing A Big Year. The more habitat you provide for the wildlife the more they will come to your property and in turn they will benefit you. Store bought oven chips: 25 minutes on 225°C. HOWEVER, when I lay them out on a tray (flat, no overlapping because air needs to move through) I brush them (gently) with olive oil and then season with salt (and cayenne) before putting them in the oven. I put the tray in the middle of the oven and use the oven on bottom and top heat without the fan on. This has worked perfectly for me - they get perfectly crunchy on the outside and still have a soft center. Hope it works for you too, good luck! Loved the intro/montage with the wildlife in your garden. What a zen way to start a vlog. Also appreciated the names of the animals. We don't get the same in Sweden, and those who are the same I know by their Swedish names and not in English so it was nice to get to know what they are called over there.
