I worked in construction from 1960 until 2015. At 16 worked in a precast tunnel lining factory just like the one shown, but the mold oil was sprayed on, and the rebar cage was made on an assembly line and craned into the mold. The equipment was well maintained and backing panels to concrete placer were fully screwed in place, but maybe the one shown has a lot of problems. remember this was back in 1961. In the 1970s I worked as a tower crane driver erecting Maisonet's in S.E. London. This was the 5th Project the company had built using precast wall and slabs, brough in by truck from their factory north of the Thames. The units arrived Just in Time for instant placing on the already cast base slab. Walls erected and then floor slabs in a none stop manner to construct a four-story dwelling on a 20-block development, that was immediately filled with tenants. My last job was on the KL Metro in Malaysia, overseeing the construction of twin tunnels from surface to underground stations. The section was constructed by a Chinese sub-contractor using two TBMs made in China these were very near copies of German machines built by Herrenkenct in the same factory for the Chinese projects. Strange how videos are titled isn't it.

Yes, I was surprised too. Very primitive and in violation of technology. Manual assembly of the frame while kneeling. This is in the workshop! Concrete is delivered in a mixer. Too mobile. During transportation, concrete delaminates. I think this is an auxiliary temporary production.

I'm always amazed at the large quantity of gravel used & the low amount of water used to make the concrete better to vibrate and/or compact to get a very smooth surface finish. if I'm getting the term correct. Please correct if I am wrong. We had machine foundations of up to 5' deep pored which was wetter & had less gravel which we installed 3-7 ton machine tools. My cousin orders & pores concrete for bridges, over passes, & dams all year long including the winter. Most of the concrete mix they use is real watery which helps in finishing the top of the slab & pour-ability during the Winter. When I was growing up in northern ILL. we use to add anti-freeze to the concrete so it would not set-up too fast & cause cracking.

Less water concrete has the stronger it is. But it can get so dry it doesn't flow so then they can add plasticizers so you can very dry/strong concrete that will also flow well.

일단 상부근과 하부근의 경우 일단 D9이하로 보입니다. 계산을 해봐야 겠지만 휨모멘트가 부족할수도 있습니다. 그리고 층간소음이 막대할 것으로 보입니다. 프리캐스트제품들이 품질적으로 안정적이며 가격면에서 우수하나 건조는 자연건조가 결정구조상 더 안정적입니다. 그리고 다세대주택 구조상 270~300이상의 압축강도가 나와야 하며 기둥의 경우 철근의 굵기 및 강도가 보이지 않아 불안합니다. 그리고 밴딩기 라인에 기름이 너무 많습니다. 기름기가 철근에 묻게 되면 철근의 표면에 코팅이 되어 콘크리트가 잘 융착되지 않습니다. 그렇게 되면 충격에 약하게 됩니다. 부실해 보입니다.

Кто не понял для чего используются эти плиты - это технология филигранных перекрытий для многоэтажного строительства, тонкая плита 6-8 см служит как несъемная опалубка для заливки основного слоя бетона, арматура выступающая в верх будет работать в ребрах, а для облегчения конструкции пространство между ребрами чаще всего заполняется пенопластом. Только название видео не правильное, наверно такой перевод с английского или корейского!

Обычный завод по производству сборного железобетона, которых в мире очень много. Одним из недостатков этого завода является то, что бетон привозят на машине, а не делают его внутри. Во всём остальном, обычный небольшой завод.

Traditional construction methods, like works of art, required many artists to work together to create a piece of art, but it was too long at that time, and the cost of labor was high. I have seen before that a certain company in China was making container houses, I don't know what they are called. Could it be "insta-nest" or "Pop up Palaces"? I wish we could use something that was fast and safe, and then I heard that in New York City, they decided to spend $3 billion to build their own modular dream. It's impressive !!! but hasn't Mivan Technology overtaken such precast concrete industry where post making the end product one needs to shift and transport to the site. Finally precast is precast and not the same that is done on site.

Я не знаю, кто строил это завод, но заказчика явно обманули, где там 2 млрд. долларов??? Там все вместе тянет на 100млн от силы. Чем там гордиться? Везде ручной труд, подметание форм😂😂😂, вязка арматуры🤣🤣(есть контактная сварка, не, не слышали), даже бетон привозной, что на таких площадях нельзя построить свой РБУ?? Чем там гордиться? В СССР это все было в 80х годах, 50 лет назад! Я думал Китай продвинутый, а тут лажа😁

Когда поднимают готовые бетонные плиты из металлоформы, углы наверное должны скалываться по той стороне которая соприкасается с металлом и на которую по сути происходит основное опирание? И когда ложат на другие плиты в стопку тоже самое наверное происходит..

@@디에스이레 그거야 당연히 아파트 설계에 맞게 변경하면 되는거고 지금 문제가 되는건 현장에서 공사하면 감리가 제대로 관리나 하냐 저런 공장에 감시카메라 달려놓고 나중에 cctv 제출하게 해서 부실공사 못하게 안전장치 해놔야지 공장에서 모듈단위로 만들면 관리하기 편해지는거지

Если в бетон добавить соль то получится быстротвердеющий бетон. Правда этот бетон через 20-30 лет начинает рассыпатся

Лучше сахар😂 Тогда вообще не схватится. Поваренную соль ВООБЩЕ никто не добавляет. Ибо бессмысленно. Добавляют типа нитрита / хлорида кальция. Мочевину, пластификаторы, гидрофобизатор и тд.

@@nightreaper74 там в конце видно, что это вероятно элемент несьемной опалубки, и для этого там часть арматуры формирующая балку выходит наружу, очевидно она окажется внутри верхнего слоя

You know nothing about predicting concrete floors or whether precast floors are used in your country. Precast floor slabs are only part of a floor slab. Considering that the precast floor slab has poor seismic resistance and weak connections with beams and columns, a layer of 50~60mm cast-in-place concrete must be poured on the precast floor slab. The floor slab and the cast-in-situ concrete layer together form the composite structure of the floor slab.

и что тут такого, массовое дерьмо и у нас делают. пол мариуполя крупноблочными секциями собирают многоэтажки. Проблема всего этого в правильной технологии монтажа и соблюдении норм, а это много где хромает, не только у нас, особенно если идет массовая застройка очень быстрыми темпами типа пятилетку в 4 года. Как пример найдите обрушение панельного дома в лондоне. И да, про технологии высокоразвитой цивилизации СССР съездите в г Ковров, посмотрите из чего сделаны фундаментные блоки под Мотодромом (Строительство начинали в 1985) из говна и палок почти дословно, это чтоб не быть голословным. Занимаюсь коммуникациями вижу много что было тогда что сейчас и где примерно произошло по времени слом в наш авось. Где то с 1960 -65 гг все что построено до можно брать учебник и чуть ли не как на картинках нарисовано соблюдение всех норм. Все что после.... ну многое печально. Все что после 80го треш угар и содомия.
