I have been to the Durban Beaches. The Southern Beach was messaged up as we crossed over to the New Year. This could not happen before the dawn of democracy! Why do we find old unresponsible people?

Most of the popular beaches in Durban are reported to be unsafe for swimming due to ecoli being detected. Why are these workers cleaning the beach wasting taxpayers' money?
