The announcer here sounds very much like Eoin White, who went on to be a continuity announcer at RTE for much of the 1980s.

Another brilliant rarity from Kal. I can still vaguely remember Gordon Honeycombe and Ivor Mills at the end of their careers at ITN...I was only about 6/7 at the time.
