Some riders take their time to check or plan the journey to the destination after taking the order ,meanwhile if customers were to check the app, it would tell them that the store is preparing the order, which is not correct, hence, I, as a Starbucks barista, am urged to ask riders to start the journey to prevent that from happening and then customers do not rate us badly because we took a long time preparing the order. P.S: I love your videos, keep them coming!.

Also I always run 3 apps at once when possible - as there’s more chances to boost your earnings, but not doing multi-app unlike other riders as it’s a breach of TOS and you want to prioritise your order(s) whilst delivering on one courier app at a time

Just chuck your can in the freezer and around other freezer items when you get it for a quick blast of cold for a few minutes or so. I do that sometimes, better than nothing when your drink isn't ice cold 🤷‍♂️

£8.27 to deliver a Subway sandwich? How does that make any economic sense? I mean, take the money! But how does that work for the customer, the restaurant or Just Eat?

so the prices are higher on the apps than in store and add on a delivery charge, that will have covered most if not all of that £8.27. That said, the apps will offer a low delivery rate which will then bounce around local riders increasing as it gets rejected. But none of it matters in the short term, its all data collection and increasing market share so all 3 apps have huge margin of loss making.

I cannot believe someone jaywalked with their child they were very lucky. Yes that is the best concierge no attitude just helpfulness works much better. So nice that gentleman helping you get to your delivery :) I never understand why people don't spend the minimum of 10 per delivery as you are already pay a fee and someone has to delivery it might as well make it worth it. Tesco is 25 over 40 you save the charge.

I've been doing food delivery in the U.S. for almost 5 years, and I've had some strange customers. I had a young lady answer her door completely nude. I had a guy who put in the non-existent delivery address delivery address. He made a mistake instead of playing games. The big problem child customer was a woman who threatened to report me if her food wasn't hot when she got it. I hadn't even got to her restaurant yet and she was threatening me. I immediately cancelled her order and reported her. But most people seem normal, and a few were enjoyable.
