Walked right past the night life in northbridge, the main areas where people go.

I really want to go to perth one day. I've watched everything about perth from youtube, not only the weather but also the suburb where i could find affordable housing. What i like about this city is the fact that it is not too crowded compare to sydney and melbourne. No wonder that most people name this city "a boring city". However, that' s the reason why i really like this city..where i could enjoy the sunny beaches without having to find any crowded. It is just like a private beach 😀

i was in perth in january. It was much busier than this, particularly on lake st/james st. still nothing compared to melbourne.

Perth doesn't have any night life !! Where ?
@vtuff2063 Жыл бұрын
Its not what it use to be, remember up till 2014 this place was packed with party goers on saturday night. Its pretty much dead now. City looks great but much more expensive.

Nah, you just have rose-tinted glasses on. You do realise it's winter and it was raining the video right? Rain = fewer people going out and even those who do are rushing to stay indoors. Plus, beyond a certain point in Northbridge there's not much else to go to, this was always the case. Yagan Square is mostly closed for redevelopment with the opposite side seeing ECU city's construction. Other nightlife spots around Perth have also sprouted up.

Perth became so expensive city to live...being so isolated city from the rest of world i wonder if its worth to live there.

2014 was the peak of the mining boom. might have something to do with it. i left perth in 2012, i remember it used to be much busier but could be nostalgia.

@@CityWalkthrough perth has backward mindset. Everyone gets drunk and rowdy. Everyone is uneducated, on drugs and steroids. Chapel st, Melbourne is same atmosphere/density as northbirdge but there's no fights, no cops, no harassment.

Mid August is the perfect time of the year in Perth, Spring season, the trees and flowers will be blooming, and weather not too cold or hot
