Can’t believe they axed him early.

So horrible that they cut Taran and Jay Pharoah early, they were amazing! And apparently SNL never gave them the reason that they cut them after 7 years.... 👎👎👎

Yrs ago I looked for the reason Taran wasn't a cast and I found that he had a work schedule conflict by the time SNL was on a break, he was directing something

I can't believe how hard that Ebenezer Scrooge joke bombed. And how much joy it brought Seth when it did.

The facial expressians and timing are even better than the jokes. This all started when some newspaper that printed a review of the Gettysburg address, calling the Presidents remarks "silly" decided to print an apology 150 years latter. Like that was really bothering people. They dug up Jebidiah (the original critic) who apologizes for nothing and expands his critical reviews to everything. Brilliant!

The fact that this character is based on a real person that panned the Gettysburg Address just makes it so much funnier

Jebidiah Atkinson is Taran at his best! Laughed so hard, peed myself a little! 🤣🤣

Seriously one of the most brilliant characters on SNL for 20 years.

Jebidiah and Stefon or however you spell it were the funniest Weekend Update characters in decades! SNL could use them both now.

This character reminds me of John Belushi’s rant about “oh they LOOOOOOOOOOVE their MOTHERSSSSS”, and then spins off his chair behind the desk in a fit of utter rage 😂

I think that was the most accurate summary of Game of Thrones I ever heard.
