I honestly think Kim Cattrall meant that video as comedy. The uncomfortable self-questioning side-look after she says "we go for it" followed by the uncomfortable trying-to-be-confident look at the interviewer? Kim's a brilliant comedian and a wonderful actress. The whole self-conscious vibe of that video was hilarious. Kim's character Samantha in "Sex And The City" was constantly being put in awkward situations and doing her best to rescue herself from it with self-confidence and dignity. I think Kim intentionally was playing with that to comic effect in the jazz video.
