Everything he does is in the perfect proportion; not one move of the eyelid is too much or too little. He is highly intelligent and he uses his brain to act. Very rare. He is an incredible actor.

Bill Hader must be the only performer in SNL to portray so many awesome characters and make almost all of them work like anything. From Stefan To Herb Welch. He could be the only guy to make even the creepiest character into so much funny and lovable. He often breaks character but ultimately makes it more enjoyable to watch. His transition to Barry is also mighty impressive. Such an awesome cast member for SNL. He is a true legend for snl. Always love his work♥️

You can tell how much Kristen and Bill gets a long with one another (true friendship). I haven't seen any other cast-member which Kristen shines more with then him. Bill has always been notorious for pushing his co-stars a bit further for that extra laugh, and you can tell that he is really trying to get Kristen to break character XD It's amazing.
