That last joke was very close to a bit bill hicks use to do. About how all good people get shot, but Reagan was wounded etc... but never died. Wonder who did it first. I’m pretty sure this Sam footage is older than any hicks version I have heard or seen. Either way, both were brilliant comedians.

For those of you praising that Reagan joke, Sam was just flowing with the times. As he developed as a comedian it became pretty clear he was not a liberal. Which is why I so wish he had lived.
