Since, you have Retro may be it is creating this anxiety & overthinking. We have to get over it. You can take help of anything like chanting or meditation. For me chanting most of the times and at sometimes transcendental meditation works. Chanting the name of Shri Krishna brings pause & end to overthinking, if regularly continued for some 21 days. That discipline would make you learn serious lessons of life very early and person values it. You will be very disciplined and dedicated towards life. You feel a natural duty towards home and mother.
