I think a it of people have heard his music without noticing, his music is used in so much television and film, but people rarely watch the credits 🙄 I found his music through twilight, oddly enough, looked for the song after I heard it, and fell in love. So, this video kept popping up in my recomended videos. And for the longest time, i hesitated to watch it; not because I thought it would be bad, but because I associate the song with very sad things. I listened to the original version of this song a lot around the time my mom, aunt, and grandparents died, all in the space of a couple of month. Thereafter I just couldn't listen to this song anymore. But, hearing this cover..I know I can still enjoy this song. Maybe I just needed to hear it a different way, played by someone else, to love it again, instead of the original. Sir, you have a wonderful talent for singing and for playing the cello. Furthermore, thank you for helping me love this song again.

There is a cover of this song on youtube sung by a girl named Jaclyn Lovey, and I watched her finger patterns and memorized the chords that she had played. I also liked the key she sang! And thank you so much for your kind words. It has been really hard on my family, but I am so grateful and blessed to have 22 years with my wonderful nana. At her memorial, people told me that this song was so fitting and perfect. Prayers out to you and your family!
