Thank you Monisha, what I found interesting is that my true personality is better described by the strong Saturn however when I’m not happy with myself, when feeling unwell or not in my ‘own skin’ weak Saturn perfectly describes my lacking concentration, long sleeping and difficulty in being punctual or reliable. Sounds like I can reverse this, very uplifting thank you

I have Saturn as the Yogi planet. My Yoga is right on my Lagna meaning Saturn is my Lagna Nakshatra ruler. It is in Capricorn in Digbala conjunct Ketu and the Moon which is the Sahayogi, the Atmakaraka and the Lagnesh. Moon is in the 2nd place from Saturn (counting from Saturn's nakshatra placement) so it is well placed according to the Shani Chakra framework. Saturn being retrogade also means that according to this chakra, it gives me riches, high social standing and win over enemies. By being retrogade in the 7th it is also like being in the 6th. Thus alll the 3Ds of debts, diseases and difficulties are also automatically taken care of. Saturn, Venus and Mars are one group of planets that work in tandem as a group if you consider the Yoga framework mentioned earlier. This becomes auspicious. All these three planets are in my kendra (besides Moon and Moon works under the dictates of Saturn as it is in Saturn's sign). Saturn also forms a Kalpadruma Yoga with Moon and Mercury, Mercury being the final Navamsa dispositor for this Yoga configuration. Although Mercury is not in Kendra or trine but being in the 11th disposited by Venus in the Ascendant, and also the Hora Lord and Venus the day lord, it is as good as being placed in a Kendra. All the natural benefics have some association with my Saturn too - the bright Moon conjucts it, Venus aspects it, Jupiter is in Saturn sign (Aquarius) and also exchanges places with Saturn if you consider Saturn as also being in the 6th, and after exchange Saturn in the 8th aspects Mars the Yogakaraka planet. With Mercury and Moon, Saturn participates in the Kalpadruma Yoga as mentioned earlier. Now I am running Mercury mahadasa in Taurus, so the Mahadasa Lord Lagna chart has Saturn in the 9th who in this chart becomes the Yogakaraka. I have made some material and spiritual progress during Saturn's mahadasa and hope to make more progress in Mercury Mahadasa as in my Navamsa, Mercury sits with Saturn together in the 11th in Gemini, and in Karakamsa (Moon in Virgo Navamsa is my Atmakaraka), they sit together in the 10th making Mercury the gatekeeper of Saturn as Mercury becomes the Lagnesh and the 10th lord.
