Please check your natal chart and see the planet placed in Aquarius sign . Check its degree also to know when exactly Saturn will be passing over it. It also might b that you've no planets in Aquarius in your natal chart.

I have venus and mercury in aquarius and im in mercury dasha, ive been dealing with health issues since saturn was in capricorn (i also have my ketu in capricorn). Aries lagna and scorpio moon. Im hoping saturn transit in aquarius gives me some relief
