I don’t even remember how many times I’ve been touched inappropriately since I was 7 years old. It has been so hard for me to trust anyone even now, there are times when I get anxious even around my own male family members & friends. My father still doesn’t know what happened but I’m still not sure if he’ll understand. If someone shares their story with you, don’t let them believe it was their fault. Our words really hold more power than what we think.

In the above cases d abuse was done by some adults. In my case, i was abused(at age 5) by a teenager(a cousin, whom my parents trusted..n had left me with him alone as they had to go somewhere). Teenagers shud understand that hormonal changes r obvious..everyone goes through it..but, "Hormones cannot destroy our basic humanitarian values..n do evil..especially to an innocent child or anybody". Boys must aim to become a gentlemen..every human must learn to become a human first.

I am a male i also had been sexually abused during my childhood by multiple people my own cousin brother, house servant and by a man who lived in our house on rent. My family lived in a joint family My sexual abuse started from the age of 2-3 as far as i can remember lasted until the my age of 14 My sexual abuse started wheni even didnot know/understood what it was happening with me didnot tell anyone about these incident as i was very scared of what my mom,my father, my friends would think about me.. so kept silent. the sex abuse stopped after of cousin brother went to work outside the country. I felt regret, disgrace-felt my body was not mine .. my self esteem broken. Living life with shattered confidence.I used to feel i had no self- worth. Having few friends, shy life.. I didnt know who to blame.i felt it was all my fault. i never wanted to respect mysel.. but slowly realised that it was not my fault.. it was the fault of those who did this to me .. they are the ones to be blamed ..i am now 27 .i have been learning to love myself.. treat myself.. finding to respect myself.. give myself time to heal. spend sometime alone understanding myself my wishes my desires all this time that i had thought that i did not deserved and above all as you said learning to forgive my abusers and bless myself. Now i want to take the control of my present to write my future. I am so touched with the story .. i do feel your tears and believe your story.. i see them sooo strong..my story seems spec of dusk in front of your .. their strength of words and action to tackle your problem has given strength in me, To survive, to live, to love, to be happy and thank ful for what happened to my life... my blessing are with you.. my respect grown for you after heard your story because i have never faced so much problem in life as you have.. if we share and open up this silent side of ourselves ,We can be the power to fight these problems in our society through our writing.. this will become the voice for the demons of our society.At last speaking will make us complete ..

It also happened to when I was 12year old one of cousin abused me later in adulthood was raped I went in to depression try to comment suicide I felt my life is not worth living you can never forget what happened to you as child my mother also told me shut up my mother said don’t repeat this to anyone

I think parents are the worst, if we talk about these cases..They never believe on their children and love their inhuman relatives..specially our mothers and if the culprit from her side then all their motherhood vanishes..
