During my engineering days, I started taking tuition classes to reduce the financial burden on my parents. I preferred home tuition with more students. Luckily, I found a joint family where I need to tutor 4 students. 4th, 7th,8th and 12th. The only 7th class was the boy student and rest were girls. They developed good confidence in me. One day 8th class student started rubbing my leg with her leg while showing her homework. I moved my leg far and asked her to go back to her place. After some time she told me sorry with tears in her eyes. I explained to her how to balance her emotions. I did not judge her or belittled her. She started discussing her challenges in life. Gradually her focus increased and she started performing well in studies and became more confident in life. I would like to thank my father who showed me how to responsible in this world. We need a responsible society today. This is one of the experiences that I am sharing and would like to thank Amir bhi and 'Satyameva Jayathe' team for such a great work you all are doing. Thank you.

When I see this episode, tears run down my cheeks. My cousin brother who was 20 yrs sexually abused me when I was 12 yrs. I would pray to God everyday that today I should escape him. He mixed a drug in a juice and gave it to me saying his friend had got the juice from abroad. And when I was asleep under the effect of the drug, he did his dirty act. In the middle of the night, I woke up feeling funny and saw him sleeping next to me and doing this. I froze and don't know how long this went on. I felt myself dying that day, I was out of my body and looking at what was happening to my body with no feeling. It was like I was a dead body. My innocence was brutally murdered. He continued abusing me sexually in many ways and I was so scared of him. Didn't know if anybody would believe me if I spoke about it. I was scared if nobody believed and he came to know and did something worse like rape me or kill me. I am 42 and to this day I am scarred and afraid of most men.

OMG! While watching this episode I just recall that this happened with me too. Twice. By 2 different people. Both were relatives. I was that small that I even don't know that something bad is happening with me. Thanks to my mother. Since childhood she told us to tell her everything that's happening throughout the days. It was my daily routine. When this thing happened with me I told her even about my child abuse. At first, I wasn't sure if I should tell her or not? Whether she'll believe me or not?? But then I remembered, she always said that *I am your best friend. No matter the whole world won't believe you. I know this show went out a long time ago but I am just watching it today (with subtitles) I am an Irish woman, my children are all adults now and only 2 weeks ago... I finally put my childhood abuser in prison. The heartache over the years and the fear, were what kept me from reporting him. He was a relative (though not a blood relative) and sexually abused me in the most horrific ways from the age of 5 years old until about 9 years old. I encourage every parent to be very careful about who is taking care of their children. I encourage every woman and man considering marriage to truly find out EVERYTHING about the person they are thinking of marrying. Childhood rape is so completely soul destroying and the effects last for many many years and also distort functional emotional development throughout life. I am ashamed of my actions. I didn't know any better Can't trust anyone. I can't show my true emotions to anyone .I just act according to the situation ..... like fake till you make it ...... I can't feel true emotions ... except for drowning pain and suffering .... I am a guy.

I m also a victim of child abuse.now I'm a married woman .l face to much difficulty with my husband to live my sexual life . during sex I faced to much panic attack .in this case my husband help me a lot.now I'm fine.in early days I talk to my doctor but my doctor did not give me any solution of this condition she told me that I am a mental person. I overcome this thing from my willpower and with the help of my husband and most of all thanks to my allah he give me the strength to handle this problem.
