Saucony Endorphin Pro 3 vs Pro 4. which one to get?

Great vid. I'm thinking about switching to the Pro 4s for race day from the Vaporfly 3. I've rocked with the Endorphin Speed series for a while for tempo runs. I think I'm ready to see what I can do in a Saucony shoe on the starting line.

Speed v1 was the best for me. Currently have the Endorphin v1 have over 300 miles in them and they still feel firm. Not sure which I should grab between v3 and v4, but personally come down to preference.

That’s good money. I wanted the speed 1s when they first came out. Yeah it’s definitely a preference pick. Right now I like v3 over v4 but that might change as I get more miles in them

thanks for the info! Are saucony your fav running shoes? For recovery I try and stretch, elevate my legs (pause) do yoga, hit the steam room once a week.

All running shoe brands have gotten so good that as long as you get their super shoe or whatever their daily trainer is you are good. For adidas that’s the SL2 and Adios Pro3. Nike vaporfly/alphafly. Hoka the Mach 5 and cielo. New balance Rebel 4 and SC Elite 4
