The high jumps he’s doing and the turn in his neck are African ritualistic dances, this song has deep symbolism and Saul is an incredibly spiritual man.

exactly ! his work is deeply spiritual and he seems to understand our world in a more accurate way

@@stannabis - I'm curious though. If you don't mind me asking for research purposes, what country, tribe, or part of Africa performs these ritual dances? Is there more than one? The closest thing I found to that dance was from the Maasai.

I'm not gonna lie though, Amethyst Rock Star still resonates with me on a much deeper level than anything he's ever put out since. I do enthusiastically applaud his unbridled creative spirit though. I think I understand. This song seems to be about how illogical our emotions and seemingly random actions prompted by them are compared to the predictable actions that we take on a logical basis and calling into question the historical/biological genesis of our species' mutual cooperation and inherent empathy. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

The heart is actually a muscle that works like a pump in distributing blood throughout the body. The heart has four chambers. The two at the top are the left and right atria and the two at the bottom are the left and right ventricles. Blood vessels lead in and out of these chambers. #ExplainedYourHeart

So does biology, which is two thousand years more modern.
@rixubishi10 жыл бұрын
Severus, just because it's modern doesn't give it more validation. We are far from being the pinnacle of civilisation. We could learn a thing or two from the ancients and the way they viewed the world. This reductionist materialist bullshit is deception of the highest order. But do carry on, if that's your bag. You'll see the Truth one day. And I'm not religious, just in case you were wondering. I walk with the ineffable mystery. That's enough for me.
@sereda00810 жыл бұрын
I'll refrain from deluding myself with improbably mystery :P I know it's fun and part of human nature, but I really prefer to find it in fiction instead of pretending there's lots of weird voodoo magic going around. The status of modernity does put biology above ancient knowledge though. That's why I don't think you personally would prefer your wounds healed with boiling oil ^^ Some knowledge was lost for sure, but when it comes to knowledge of the world, I doubt we're missing out on much.
