@Ranga AV ok thank you so much. I got it.. Did anyone tell him not to wear namam? Joseph with namam on his forehead will give authenticity. I am not commenting on the dressing style. Atleast a practitioner of Vaishnavism would have known the importance of wearing namam.

@Ranga AV why I told this is because in the name of religion, conversion is happening and real Sanatana Dharma in chaos. Let him keep the name as Joseph or Williams or Thomas, no problem in it. Let him wear namam which will establish him as an authentic speaker. Sir, if you know him or close to him, pls put forward this request.. Srila Prabhupada, founder acharya of ISKCON also went to America and brought many foreigners under Vaishnavism. But he didn't tell them not to wear Tilaka. You can see many foreigners wearing Tilaka.. It establishes the authenticity.

@@karunakeshavadas6702 In the name of authenticity, we cannot compel ppl to do as we like. Because that'll make sanatana dharma similar with Islam. Compulsion is a prohibited hate word in this dharma. The dharma is unique in the sense that it gives liberty to devotees to worship the Lord in the way they're comfortable with, not in the way Srila Prabhupada was comfortable with. ''...went to America and brought many foreigners under Vaishnavism..'' is conversion only. In sanatana dharma, there's no conversion. Thus, ISCON is violative of the dharma. People may, on their own volition, come to this dharma. ''brought''...means someone attempts that volition for another person. Forced! In this video, Prof D A Joseph (He was Tamil Professor in Pondicherry University) dwells on one of the attributes (gunas) of Maha Vishnu as per Saint Ramanuja namely Saulabhyam. After the time of the Saint (even contemporaneous with him) there were Learned and erudite Vaishnava teachers (called Poorva Acharyaars) who wrote detailed explanations or commentaries (vyakkiyanam - or Padi in Tamil) on such attributes. These commentaries became necessary to make the masses understand and integrate with the Lord. One of the learned teachers by name Vaddkku Thiruveedhi Pillai (so called as he lived in the North Street of Srirangam - Vadakku in Tamil means North. Veedhi means street) wrote his Padi on the particular attribute by drawing upon the examples from the two Epics - Ithikasas. Prof Joseph here is explaining to us about the attribute, no I am wrong, - he is rehashing here the commentary by the Acharya on the attribute. Prof is just a via media. Still, we must be grateful to him for his efforts - which itself a kind of example of Soulabhyam. If he hadn't done that, we would never have known about the commentary and the attribute whereas it is essential to know that. Otherwise, we will continue to labor under the illsuion that the Lord is unapproachable for simple people and approachable only to orthodox Hindus. ISCON sees and celebrates one of the avatars of Lord Maha Vishnu only. Srivaishnavam takes the Maha Vishnu as acchavataram (eternal God) and tells about His attributes and greatness, through the examples of 9 avatars (10th has not come to earth). All the 9 came to earth, lived and gone. Maha Vishnu is timeless. Prof Joseph or Vadakku Thiruveedhi Pillai takes up two Avatars namely Sri Rama and Sri Krishna to explain the attribute Saulabhyam and say how certain incidents in the earthly lives of the two Avatars manifest the attribute; what the attribute is, and how we can benefit from that. It is indeed Prof's parting message that we must understand the attribute of the Lord fully; and why the attribute became necessary for the Lord in his avatars on earth; but it is not necessary for the celestials surrounding Him in Vaikuntam. The attribute is that Maha Vishnu is so simple to go to, and he is waiting for us. He waits upon us also. that is, instead of we going to him, he coming to us. Despite such unconditional open-ended easy access to him (saulabhyam), alas, Prof bemoans, we don't understand and we don't go to the Lord. You are unlucky in not knowing about Srivaishanvism, the 12 Alwars and their songs, and the commentaries by the Purva Acharyas of Srivaishanvism. May Lord Srikrishna bless you in the your next junma, to be born in Tamil Nadu as He has blessed the Tamil knowing listeners here.
