I'm older than her even if not by a lot and this whole movie is just unwatchable and bad, I would have left too if that scene came up given how uncomfortable the movie was the whole time, I wouldn't be surprised if that was the limit/breaking point for most people and I did read even worse things without expecting it that while they bothered me a few days for how disturbing or disgusting they were I soon forgot about them and moved on (even stumbled upon seeing a guy blow his brain with a gun) and weirdly enough this is what would make me uncomfortable and feel like torture to watch, despite seeing and reading worse things.

Mostly because we never actually see any genitalia onscreen, whereas Bakshi shows everything front and center. Plus, they're anthropomorphic food so it doesn't have as much impact for me.

I don't know about The Boys (Never watched it) but Helluva Boss is definitely not this... intense so to speak. Yes I watched both, the sexual jokes there aren't as explicit or as constant as Sausage Party, Vivzie likes the constant swearing as humor (because of South Park) and while there are sexual jokes or partially shown sex/aftermath of sex it's never so explicit or "disgusting" as the way Sausage Party does their sexual jokes. At least in my opinion Helluva Boss is definitely less and more tamed than Sausage Party is after watching both.
