Very simple to understand and follow. Funny how you show in two minutes what it takes others 8-10 minutes to show and explain. I guess some "chefs" just like to hear themselves talk.

I know eh? I noticed that too. It's a horrible recipie. Soya Sauce in mushrooms? I mean come on ! The only thing they did good was add butter.
