You forgot the black outer housing on the right headlight :) I also would take the large rubber boots off the stock set as added protection. (it also gives you a place to hide the turn signal wires if you are not going to hook them up right away) -- Installed my set yesterday!

Are these direct plug-n-play except for the turn signals? (i don’t need the turn signals). How bright are they compared to stock?

Yes, they are Plug & Play except for the turn signals. We believe they are very brighter than factory light. The high quality LED beads are used, and the power (for 1pcs) of Low Beam is about 9W, High Beam is about 20W, DRL is about 1W.
