Excellent routine, on the verge of brutal as well. I’ll likely neve be able to get the “break dancer” movement where you kick only leg out to the side. I have to admit that it’s most likely a good one for something, but in everyday life that one is likely not encountered to often. I like your workouts that can translate to everyday work and outdoor lifestyle. Thanks alex, going to do this one again and again, and I’ll substitute in something that is better for me.

The kick through is a common wrestling exercise and has real application in grappling situations. Not saying you’ll experience hand to hand combat in your daily life but it certainly has application.

Still doing this as my go-to maintenance workout. I then do the 350 calorie burn or the 1hr 200k celebration workout on weekends. Great all-rounders. Thanks Alex 👍

Damn, an intense routine for sure! I was able to keep up until the Burpees... Alex is a big Burpee fan, I can't say the same about myself, lol! I only did 290 reps (only 20 burpees). But hopefully I can get up to 300 (30 burpees) as I keep repeating this routine. Thanks, Alex!

I have been doing this every other day and I am on my 6th time through it now. I am in relatively good shape( I thought lol) and this kicks my butt! It is super intimidating and I’m scared of it before I do it but I feel so darn good after that I’m not gonna stop. I keep up until between set 2 and 3 of the burpees where I still need to rest a few seconds more and I don’t finish the third set with Alex but that’s my goal. This workout is awesome!
