I love the introduction to this comic, the image of Conan pushing his fingers out of the ground and it looking like mountains is amazing. I don't know why but it really impacted me. Also, the one scene of Conan sitting by the fire in his pelt shirt looks so similar to Fred Flintstone and it made me so happy lol. Great review as always Todd!

I enjoyed this new magazine but my biggest gripe was the art for the Conan story. I had no problem with the way the artist rendered faces and monsters but their background work was quite weak imo. Nevertheless, yet again, Patrick Zircher shows that he is a master black and white art with his Solomon Kane story.

Issue 2 an improvement on issue 1 so this magazine is heading in the right direction. Jim Zubb story was great and some of the art was just ok. Some of it a bit shoddy though unfortunately. Of course Solomon Kane was great...im especially liking the Welsh, pagan mythology. Overall a good issue but still room for improvement i think.

Arte muito feia a do Conan, parece q faltou um arte-finalista... Tem uma cena ali q o cara não soube nem desenhar a mão da menina. Porém, a de Salomon Kane está impecável!
