This is the best chase explanation yet. Thank you, especially for the vivid example!

For whatever reason, I've never needed the chase rules in games I've run. This was an excellent explanation with examples. I'm eagerly awaiting the next installment.

I really enjoy your videos and wanted to offer a small suggestion for your recordings. It might help to use a pop filter on your microphone. I have a decent sound system, and I’ve noticed a popping noise when air hits the mic. Just a friendly tip! Keep up the great work-your videos are highly appreciated!

Love this video, thanks for sharing this! Where are your fvtt assets from? I just happen to be moving into the 1930’s in my campaign.

Terrific! All the assets that you see in my videos are from creative folks that I list with links in the video description above.

I'm extremely grateful for this video, as I had kinda skipped over the chase rules in my first read-through of the book, and was able to listen to this while doing some chores around the house. Yeah, I'm a lazy little bastid. 😉

@@GameMasterLee I meant about not bothering to read rules I knew I was going to want to use eventually. But thanks. 😁

I'm planning a chase where river pirates are chasing the PCs riding on a trade barge. This will come in very handy.

@@GameMasterLee I think a video talking about other suplements like Deadlands and RIFTS would be cool, but take your time.

I just finished my Savage Worlds campaign. Your videos helped me a lot but i certainly struggled with balance.
@RecklessFables6 ай бұрын
Balance is an illusion. Lean into the swing.
@GameMasterLee6 ай бұрын
Balance isn’t really a thing and that’s exactly part of the fun for me. A lucky shot from a lonely goblin can take you out. By the same token, Rangers lucky shot can take out a dragon. Try not to worry about balance as much as focussing on the ebb and flow. The greatest struggle is just breaking the paradigm. Thanks for the kind words about how my videos helped you, that’s why they’re here.
