Take it like a man was awesome but there was something about this song that resonated deeper into me, I was born missing a limb so I felt almost like that first line was "written about me" especially the part about being an easy target very powerful and inspirational and the vocals of course do not disappoint.Gorgeous woman with a gorgeous voice

Wow! that's all I can say about this. Its a very powerful song, Michelle. All I could think about in the first verse were my high school days and getting teased because I liked to write short stories (I still do). The second verse suited me too as I have a son that I want to get off to college and I want to better my own education too as I had to leave college to have him. He's my miracle though as my husband and I were trying for a couple of years before we found out I can't have anymore.

Love it. while the video I could relate to what and how i saw my journey in the story i got emotional your song spoke to my heart. my only loss was not seeing a visual of First Nations, Inuit, Metis women (now that's STRONG"...therefore I felt a little rejected.
