This is SO true! We couldn't spend Christmas with family (because of Covid) so we packed a lunch and drove to the lake for a picnic. I so loved this video. I have an old swing in my garden that my mother bought for my husband many years ago. It is so old and worn but I love it as I can still picture my husband, mother and our loved ones sitting on it. All these people are in heaven now but the old swing keeps the memory alive.

You can get a pineapple that way :-) every time I get a pineapple from the grocery store I cut the top off and I just put it right in a pot of soil. It takes about 2 to 3 years to actually get a pineapple but you will get one. Water it down through the middle of the plant not the dirt. And make sure you bring it in as soon as you start to get a frost. The plants get huge! They are so much fun to grow

When ordinary becomes extraordinary. This morning I opened a new can of coffee. Upon lifting the plastic cover I found a fortune cookie type note under the opener tab. I took it out and the message is 'God will always love you today and forever. I know whomever did this shouldn't have but I am so grateful they did. Loved your video.

I love vinca! I am in Arizona and vinca do well in our hot hot summers as well as our winters. I just got a four pack of vinca for a dollar because they were starting to wilt and not look so good. The simple,rustic meals,to me,are better.oh,emmy,handy tip for a tough cut of meat.soak it in leftover brewed ,unflavored coffee.or,cook in slow cooker on low.with a bit of broth.

I wish I had seen this video before I grocery shopped this week. I have everything on hand but the mozzarella. I do have provolone,havarti, shredded triple cheddar, and pepper jack cheese. Would any of those work? If so, which would be best? I don't know much about Italian food.

You are so right....if I was to count the big trips or occassiins as my joy, well that is maybe , at the most, 30 days in a year.....that would be sad. But find the joy daily....momma bluebird, flowers popping out, snowflakes that float from heaven. 💕💕💕💕

I used to obsessed with petunias. Got difftent colours hanging But gave up because they don't live very long Max 5 months or so no matter how tlc I gave them they just shrivelled up and die. Guessed that's their natural life span. So now m sticking to cactus These guys live forever.!!!!

Yes, annuals only last for several months here in the northeast. We have a lot of Perennials that keep coming up each year though.
