I agree with what you are saying, but men in general tend to work longer hours, while women have a better work-life balance. I don't think it's fair you complaining how only men don't take care of their bodies, there are too many overweight women to. Also body positivity had incredible negative impact mostly on women

I love this. So much depth on something so overlooked but can improve quality of life so tremendously.

I once was in a clinic and one of the nurses there was quite overweight and seemed very entitled. She had mentioned to me that she had just gotten a divorce and laughingly said to me "Now I have to get back in the gym so I can get another man". I don't think that's funny at all. It shows an intent to deceive and manipulate.

This is the first time online I'm hearing a woman say that they are attracted to men who are fit. I feel like most women say they prefer other things and that women aren't attracted to physical attributes as much as men are. So for a while i believed that all the time I spent working out was being wasted, and that I should focus on career and being nice instead. Plus I won't tell you how many dating profiles I've seen where women are like swipe left if you voted for Trump, so it feels like I have to become a feminist in order to be more palatable to women.

Maybe, just maybe, just be you and don’t conform for women to like you.

@@ethansevilla1395 Well if the goal is to get women to like you, you have to change and make yourself more appealing. Same goes for getting a job. You can't just stay stagnant, but develop skills to be hire-able.
