ignorance is what humans do best. Take out the lead of circulation altogether , make it mandatory for all rifles to use only non-lead bullets. Be strict implementing hefty fines for lead bullets. Have every ammunition store have huge signs explaining the issue to hunters . As with religion , human beings need to be taught not to be stupid nor cannibalistic.
