I love how enthusiastic you are about a minivan. Trust me, I get it, that thing is rare and an awesome color! I say take it to a bodyshop and have them buff the paint and remove any little scuffs. Interior should detail up nice. Thanks for saving this thing!

Everyone and their mother has a crossover. This thing stands out, and I would definitely turn my head at one of these instead of a boring X5 or Rav 4.

I’ve always loved these vans and their design since they came out. And those seven strips that go around the whole car are completely intact on every remaining ones I see on the road today. Awesome that you saved this rare car! And you have a new subscriber!

I don’t remember the last time I’ve actually seen one of these. Always thought they were very odd, even when they were out in the 90s.

Beautiful van I remember my neigbours had one in the early 90s but it was a Pontiac. They're very rare in Switzerland and the only sold the Pontiac. For Europe there was also a 4 cylinder and a manuel as an option. It's sad that you don't see this 90s cars any more I remember as a got my licence there was a lot of cool 90s US cars for sell but most of them are gone.

Ohh my goodness! My Father had claimed Ownership of almost the exact same Oldsmobile Silhouette Vehicle in a Turquois color. Was only a Baby, back in 1995, when had it. It really brings Me back some memories. Remember the very last time we had it. We took it too Pep-Boys in Fresh-Pond Road. Performed a Engine Compression Test. Unfortunately, the Vehicle no longer ensured longevity. We had to let it go. Personally re cognized almost every single part of the Queens/Brooklyn/& Manhattan Midtown Tunnel, within Maspeth County of Queens Borough. Wow, the Nostalgic Memories. Personally, if did not have to have any choice, but to drive this Vehicle, I would of taken it for Myself. Take good care of the 1994 Saturn Oldsmobile Silhoutte as-long-as possible. R.I.P. 🙂

As much as people rag on these GM Dustbusters, I like em. They're part of that weird, experimental era of minivans, right alongside the Ford Aerostar and Toyota Previa. So I'm glad to see you saved it and gave it a good home.

Do a test run on a junkyard van first, but that headliner should be fairly easy to get out and it's super easy to put in a new headliner. If you can though, do it with a second person because it'll be a lot easier. I did it on my 88 Buick station wagon and it worked pretty well and it was the first time I'd done something like that.

@@carsofqueens You have an absolutely awesome channel. Just discovered a few days ago and I am totally addicted to watching all your videos. I grew up in 80's and 90's in the sea of yellow cabs plus my dad drove as o/o for Carmel car svc back in the daily when business had jazzy telephone #'s like Dial 777-7777 plus he had a friend who sold 80's & 90's used caprice- crown victoria & dodge diplomat police cars on 180th & Jerome ave. And yes, I caught the last leg out of the Checker marathon era cars. Thank you for spending your time and passion with your videos on such a unique subject to those who truely car about seening history preserved later in life knowing that they actually lived thru that era of time... I live in Jersey City, N.J. but still travel to Long Island City in Queens ( King of Queens auto on 21st & 38th) to get my cars fixed at an somewhat authentic taxi repair garage which basically the industry trickled down to Toyota Camry and Chevy suburban.
