I do remember this one, George. If I remember rightly that was when you had a co-worker. If I'm honest, compared to the first run through it's not fared too badly in two years. Very good job, as always. I think the daughter does more than enough already. Caring is very hard work and often seems to go unnoticed. Kudos to her, especially having had back surgery.

You are an angel. I was a full-time caregiver to my mom with dementia and my husband was working full-time. It is very hard to keep up with yard work and take care of someone at the same time. We kept up with the front yard but couldn't keep up with the back as well. My husband and I are working on getting the back yard back in shape.

Great job as always, George! I like all your videos, not just the out-of-control properties. This was kind of you to check and offer this family your help. I wish the daughter a speedy recovery. Hopefully someone in their neighbourhood, community or family can occassionally walk the dog, so it's not restricted to the back yard - with no one able to pick up after it. I truly like to see you work alone; it seems like your assistants sometimes bothers you because they are much slower than you are. You are like the Energizer Bunny! This reminds me of a very overgrown bed and breakfast I cleaned up about 15 years ago. I did a bang up job on this place because I was under the impression that the owners were interested in hiring me on to maintain the property by coming twice a month to mow and weed. When I was done cleaning up this place the owner said she would call me in a couple of days to let me know which days would work for them. I didn't hear back from them for three months, which was just long enough for it to become a big fat mess again. When they asked when I could come over I told them I wasn't interested.
