It is so funny over the years of the show, to see Gloria catching up to Jay physically as she gets older with him. The best callback in the series finale was how someone finally guessed correctly that they were married, when in season 1 someone thought Gloria was Jay's daughter.

I'm not gonna lie I feel like Alex dropped the ball when her firefighter boyfriend left her because he was a great guy and believe it or not he was a version of Phil that we know would be great for her like Haley basically dated 2 Phils and had kids with one and is happy so Alex could be same

My guess is because of how popular was and still is. It seems to have a far more international reach than other series that were popular in the US but nowhere else. I’m speculating of course, those are just my 2¢.

It has something to do with the syndication deal for Modern Family… MF was on NBC, the 🦚 channel, but the syndication deal is somehow affiliated with CBS/Paramount+… I know that paramount+ has MTV/VH1, and I think Comedy Central is connected to MTV. 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️
