Great info. I just found your channel. 😊 Your little guy is so adorable. He reminds me of my 20 yr old when he was little. It was so cute that he went and found a tray to do his own. ❤

Shallots are great. Taste like a red onion and mild garlic. They can be handy in cooking a dish that falls for onions and garlic. I think you'll enjoy them.

If you store your lettuce seeds in a sealed mason jar with a desiccant pack and keep the jar in a relatively cool, dark place, the seeds will easily last 5 years.

I grow shallots and they kept for longer than I thought. They were good in cooked dishes. I grow leeks too but they don't get as big as in the store so I just use 2 or 3 smaller ones for a recipe but they tasted great! I have yet to be able master growing large yellow onions but I keep trying. Regardless they all are worth growing if you have the space. Thanks for the video!

I saw a guy use a collander (drains sketty) to sprinkle vermiculite over his flats. Like a salt shaker.

I love shallots!!! So good in cooking. They're like a mild red onion. But more tender. Yes, your customers will love them.

Will you be growing anything in that tunnel this year - the hot one? I would never thin scallions, even if a block got like 10 seeds! Also, your pink overalls are awesome!
