saving up for breyerfest

I live on a farm. My mom pays my $10 every day for cleaning the horses stalls, but the price never go's up or down like I could do 2 stalls and get $10 or I could do 11 stalls and still get paid $10. I do not get paid for doing all my other barn chores. Breyerfest 2019 was my first Breyerfest I started saving up around July 2018 for Breyerfest 2019. By the time Breyerfest came I had saved up about $3,000, I did not pay for my tickets because they were my birthday present. I was saving up for an ooak but the one I wanted went to high. I am going to Breyerfest 2020 so by the I should have saved up to about $6,000 dollars. I am not trying to brag in any way I am very thankful and fortunate to have saved up this much money.

awesome! i have saved up around 150 dollars, when my neighbors are away I will take care of their goats, calf, horse, dog, fish, and their cat. It sounds like a lot but normally it takes about 20 minutes twice a day. Then I used to feed horses that were being kept at the neighbors house but then they moved so I lost that job lol. So now I am selling some of my classic and stablemate breyers that I don't want or don't like.

I have lots of animals so the work I do around the house and our ranch is in exchange for feed and 4-H animals. The only way I have to save up is basically hiring myself out and customizing.

I have to save up about 4,000 cause I want around 2,000 (😂) just for models plus I have to pay for two plane tickets for my mom and I. I’m only in my teens and don’t have a real job soooo that’s gonna be a few years. I can’t get many odd jobs/mini jobs sadly.

I am most likely going to Breyerfest in 2020 for my 15th birthday and that gives me a very long time to be able to save up so I am excited to see how much I will have saved by then! I can't wait and this video was very helpful and I honestly think this is way better and way more relatable then most other videos and tips. (Relatable as in age wise since a 13 year old like me can't exactly have a job) But thanks for the ideas. I plan to pet sit, maybe do carwashes, yardsales, and start my allowance again, I also hope to have an Etsy shop starting some time soon.

Very sweet advice for the younger collector. ♥ How old are you by the way?...14? Quite mature for your age, definitely like this channel. I'm 32 and still to this day saving is Hard especially when you have the internet to buy horses on....these past 7 months I could have bought a new used car lol So worth it though.

Yes they are $55-$85 the animals and regular horse SR’s are sometimes less like $55-$75 but the surprise models are $85! Thanks for your feedback.

I do commissions for people and draw their dogs, that's how I save up :) maybe ill see you at breyerfest ?
