I seriously don't get why more movies aren't set in college. It would be so refreshing to see college aged actors/actresses finally being able to play characters their own age. I wish there was more of that.

zynbw high school stories do better tho, statistically. And I believe if they did change the high school setting to college, fans of the book might complain.. people complain about a lot of things these days lol but I also think it’s set in high school bcos there’s certain things that would fit better if the characters were in high school, so I think them being a young adult age would change the story completely. But if you’re talking generally, with any new show or movie, then I agree. There aren’t a lot of college themed shows and movies.

A scary high school film, left me with a feeling of icky- ness, as intended, someone's sister, daughter, girlfriend, BFF, student, etc! As teenagers, we had the book "Go Ask Alice" supposedly based on an anonymous young girls diary published posthumously! It was also a televised movie of the week. The music soundtrack is excellent!
