This is a full build for the Focus RS I did last year. A lot of you will have already seen it but many of you won’t have. I was having trouble with the Skoda this week so thought I’d put this out as a filler. New video in a couple of days though 🙌🏼

I hope one day I can own my own workshop and be as good a mechanic as you Dean. Not blowing smoke but you are a true inspiration, I’m a 24 year old dad who’s just gone back to college last year. Quit my job and started again at the bottom of the barrel after some poor choices. Watching your videos along with some other channels has really taught me a lot mainly mindset and motivation. The wheel arch liner is basically two standards ones cut and fettled together, Ben with Evil GT made one if you have a look on their channel 👍👍

that is exactly how i felt. i brought the tickets to support the channel never in my wildest dreams did i think i would end up with probably the best car i will ever own. The realisation on peoples faces when they twig the number plate is a picture every time. if you are ever at a car show in the Essex/Suffolk area you may see it. if you do come and have a chat

If I recall correctly the RS wheel arch liner is just two ST arch liners riveted together. Pull the N/S and you will see the joint.

12:47 The rs wheel liner is just two ST ones with half cut off one then stapled together, watch evil gt they did one and stitched two together just like ford do. 32:29 pipe wrench gets them off

They call it the Focus XR5 over here in Australia but finding one that hasn't been flogged or ridiculously over modified and ruined for that matter is near impossible. It's such a shame to see a great car being ruined by back yard screw driver wanna be mechanics. I absolutely your Focus RS and the Green colour is fantastic. I wondered how much more it would stand out if the wheels were white and not silver. Anyway if she was mine I would be looking after it and never letting it go.

You REALLY need those uprated brakes on the RS, even if motor is stock. Check out Ben from TastyClassics take his Focus round the Nurburgring!! I tell you what, that guy is a natural. With dying brakes and nursing an overheating engine he did an 8 min 50. He took his old Audi TT 180bhp round last month and did a 9 min 5 sec or so. Watch him in the Ford/Audi overtake race prepared cars...
