I believe he has a lot of NFL potential. He has a monster build and crazy althelticism. I've been keeping my eye on him for a while now.

He did play Wr all throughout HS. He was asked to move to Qb week 3 of SR season because the starter quit the team. So only 8 weeks at Qb and 3 full seasons at wr.

Not saying you are wrong about his hands but I don’t think that first clip was a proper example. That was in double coverage.
@Ebongreen10 күн бұрын
What if Cam Newton, but WR? More seriously, a raw athletic WR prospect. If he can develop into Gadget DK Metcalf, a lot of teams with smart coaches could use that sort of talent. Any of the NuShanahan teams (Niners, Packers, Vikings, Lions, etc.) could find a niche for him, I would think.

I hope Miami drafts him Day 2
@randomtruth217615 күн бұрын
That would be almost unfair if other weapons remain. If he does end up in Miami, he would be the 3rd Marshall Maverick (HS) on the roster or practice squad. Chasen Hines(OL) and this year's 7th round wr Tahj Washington were all 3 teammates. Was probably the best HS receiving duo in 2018.

@@NFLDraftBB Doesn't he have a 70% contested catch rate?
@randomtruth217611 күн бұрын
@josephiousbrosif QJ is more of a deep ball threat than Savion, but Savion is better contested catch and yac. More of a Swiss army knife while QJ is currently more refined wr. Both still have loads of potential for improvement.

Tet is a much better route runner with better hands.
@BookofJoshua4LАй бұрын
@ that’s interesting because a lot of people are saying Tet doesn’t get separation. If you ask me, id rather have the 4th round 6’5 freak that can separate over the slower top 10 pick 6’5 who can catch but can’t separate.

I personally feel like Savion could transform into a really good Tight End. He's got the height and only needs to put on 15-20 pounds to be a good weight. If he improves his blocking a little bit, combined with his speed and hands then he would be a monster TE. I hope he goes somewhere with a good veteran TE to help mentor Savion into the position. Maybe Jaguars with Evan Engram or Chiefs if Kelce doesn't retire.
@NFLDraftBB11 күн бұрын
I like that call. Not sure he can create a lot of space as a WR.
@randomtruth217611 күн бұрын
@calebryan3094 I say develop him as a wr and let him play all over the field like Deebo. That's his strength. If that doesn't work out, then absolutely build him up as a TE.
@calebryan309411 күн бұрын
@@randomtruth2176 That's kind of what I think... either use him as an offensive utility player (not solely a WR) or use his size and turn him into a TE.
