Nah it was correct. If you wait, Piotr will just hold any burn spell and cast it in response to azcanta activation. If you don’t activate, then Piotr neutralizes azcanta by merely drawing and not playing a card since you aren’t activating it on either turn.

@@JustinStJohn-gj2nt Well, this is exactly what happened. Tapping for Azcanta allowed the opponent to safely cast both the Lavarunner and the Lightning. That was foreseeable. Even if it had worked, Azcanta forces you to reveal the card you find, so you make it extremely easy for your opponent to play around it if you use it main-phase. In my opinion, a clear misplay.
