*** INGREDIENTS for 1 big hungarian bread:
*For the evening mix (starter):
550 g flour type 650
550 g water (at room temperature)
30 g of sunflower oil
For the final dough:
The starter mix made in the evening to which we add:
800 g flour type 650
210 g water (warm)
30 g fresh yeast or 8 g dry yeast
50 g of oil
30 g of salt
20 g powdered sugar
To shape the bread:
a little oil
